Faythe Buchanan is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in mental health since 1987. From the tragedies experienced by soldiers in frontline war, to the pain of sexual vandalism in pedophile rings, Faythe has listened to the traumatic stories that life brings to many people. She has also worked with the trauma of grief from sudden illness, the loss of relationships and jobs, the stunning effects of car accidents and the myriad challenges from everyday life that all of us survive.
Faythe Buchanan has a Bachelor of Science with Honors in the area of Occupational Therapy, she is a Certified Neuroscience of Conversation, LAB Profile Trainer, Former President of the Canadian Association Of Professional Speakers Atlantic, CAPS Member and Peer Support Chair. She is also the author of 2 books which spread the word that there are solutions to anxiety. Faythe has worked in hospitals, for Victim Services and had her own practice for many years.
Faythe’s programs teach you to hack and update your own subconscious where most motivational power comes from. Her mission is to change people’s relationship with anxiety so it no longer blocks their happiness and productivity.
